Lori Robinson, manager of the Loft at Norton Crossing in Whitehall, Ohio called into the show to speak about what her and her apartment complex has been doing to get the residents housed. She also stated that her apartment complex has agreed to waive all application fees and security deposits for the residents who have been approved for housing at the complex.
City’s Agreement to residents
Robinson informed Nightly News, that the City of Columbus has agreed to do the following to aid the residents in their permenant housing solutions:
- Pay all admistrative fees associated with finding housing (i.e. application fees)
- Pay any security deposits associated with the move
- For 6-months months will pay the difference in rent; if applicable
